    How do you select the right network marketing company?

    Many people are looking today to start a home based business. Whether it is to supplement an income, or replace a full time job, serious entrepreneurs are faced with literally hundreds of different opportunities to chose from. There are new MLMs and direct sales companies starting up all the time, in addition to those that have been around for many years.

    So how does one go about finding a company that is right for them? How can someone begin to earn good money in minimum time?

    There are a few things to consider but here are what I consider the top three. If you can answer these questions, it will eliminate a lot of companies and help you to narrow your search.

    1. Would I buy this product even if I wasn\\\'t going to make any money? Is it something of value that people can use and benefit from in some way even if they don\\\'t earn an income from it?

    If the product is something you don\\\'t have an interest in or wouldn\\\'t use yourself, your ability to become successful is going to be more difficult than if it is something you would want to have anyway and if you are one of those people for whom the product is designed.

    2. Even more importantly, in addition to be willing to buy the product regardless of the income opportunity, would you pay that price at a local store for it? If your answer is no, then any prospective customers or business partners of yours likely will not either.

    The only way to be successful in network marketing is to have people like yourself who are willing to pay for the product and who really want it.

    People might pay inflated prices in the short term if they think they can make money, but it just doesn\\\'t work in the long term.

    MLMs have a high attrition rate and earning monthly residuals means having a large customer base. Unfortunately too many MLMs have inflated prices for products that can be purchased at a store for much less. How long will a customer pay $12 for a bottle of shampoo, regardless of how good you might think it is?

    Find a product that has excellent value for the cost and can really benefit your potential customer or business partner and you will find it much more profitable to market!

    3. How many people do you need to sponsor or have on your team to have no out of pocket expense and then be in profit? This is vitally important and something so many people don\\\'t pay enough attention to.
